Where We Ship From

We ship all Pure Tallow orders from our partners fulfillment center in Portugal. Our products are made with love in Portugal — and shipping from here helps us serve customers across the EU with reliable, tracked delivery.

Fulfillment & Dispatch Times

  • If you place your order before 12:00 GMT, it will usually be fulfilled the same day. In some cases, fulfillment can take up to 24 hours (business days) before your order is dispatched.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us with tracking details. (Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.)


Where We Ship

We ship to countries within the European Union, meaning no customs or import duties.

 

Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with a tracked service.

If your tracking number starts showing as CTT, you can often get more detailed last-mile tracking by using the same tracking number on your country’s national postal operator (the courier that typically receives CTT parcels locally).
